if you sync'ed your portage tree on tues. after gentoo had their rsync server problems, you might want to check your portage tree integrity.. i had to wipe mine because many of the ebuilds and digest files were corrupt... so it might be a good idea to somehow check your tree or maybe wipe the entire thing just to be safe...
Their code will be beautiful, even if their desks are buried in 3 feet of crap. - esr
