    so it makes no difference.

    No, it does not make any difference. Homework is homework, and we will not do it for you. If you want to ask general questions related to learning more about the language or tool you're using, that's perfectly fine. Just don't ask us to help you with your specific homework question. For example:

    Help me create a program that does 2x2 matrix multiplication.
    The above is not permissable.

    Are there any built-in libraries or methods in C or C++ that deal with matrix multiplication?
    That would be permissable.
