i'm really surprised that there haven't been threads started such as:
'NEWS FLASH! - microsoft to create a linux distro'
'NEWS FLASH! - surveys reveal that ordinary users prefer kde'
'NEWS FLASH! - Official: windows is more stable and virus-free than linux'

The strange thing is that April Fools day seems to have disappeared ... at least from my point of view. No-one has tried to play any tricks on me. All I did was go out with a good friend and drink too much. Maybe its had its day?
