Strange isn't it that a Science Fiction writer can make up a religion. But then again it was "Mr. L. Ron Hoover" (obscure Zappa reference) who made a statement in his SciFi days about how the best way too make money would be to start a religion. Imagine that. I guess it's the perfect setup. Especially since Hollywood is full of stupid rich people.

My age and life experiences have led me to believe that there is not much difference between genuine evil and egotistical arrogance.
Genuine Evil is committed by people who know they are committing evil and do it anyway; sometimes with great pleasure and malice. Arrogance, is the assumed condition that everyone should be kissing your rump because they are beneath you. " They ", the unwashed masses, have rules, regulations, and modes of conduct; the arrogant can do whatever they please to anyone they choose, with complete impunity. They are next to God!!
Ignorance, on the other hand, donotes someone who doesn't know any better; someone who does not know right from wrong; someone who does not fathom the consequences of their actions. A child perhaps, without any education or upbringing.
