    It's not a Photoshop. The product is real and has been mentioned elsewhere before, and the legality of the name has been discussed ad nauseum:

    The site basically says that the trademark is not used in a technological sense, therefore the copyright Linus holds does not apply. Nevermind the fact that Linus probably has more important things to worry about than suing a detergent company. That's something best left to Microsoft and SCO.

    IANATL (I am not a trademark lawyer), but again, since this product has been out a while and no one has heard anything from Linus about it, it's a pretty safe bet that even if he could, he wouldn't pursue anything against the detergent.

    i told my wife that since we are going all linux at home that i wanted her to switch detergents then sent her the link moe posted. her reply was... that is dorky. my wife doesnt always get my sense of humor
