Bummer...
It looks like the fellow that puts the Parted Magic LiveCD together has had enough:
Hope the Gparted LiveCD doesn't go down the tubes, too.It seems nobody will help with GParted and I don't have the time or money to learn C/C++ to the level needed for an app like this. Ubuntu and others are improving their partition tools and creating better GUI's in their installers. I've been learning that a large number of Parted Magic users are high paid computer professionals and vmware users actually making money with this OSS software and give little or nothing back. I really don't see the point in this project when the big Distro's are filling in the partitioning gap and GParted is no larger being developed. The small partitioning LiveCD concept has ran it's course and I personally don't see the time spent is worth it anymore. 1.9 will be the last release.oz
