I work in a mainly M$ environment. With an old AIX box, and an AS/400 in the mix. I wanted to learn something different. I wanted to have complete control over what is happening, and what is installed on my system.

    Why Linux?

In all honesty there is no why for me. I just like Gnu/Linux a lot more than I did some of the commercial OS offerings.
