Quick survey for all current/ex Ubuntu users – part of master's thesis, please help

I am a student currently working on my master's thesis. This survey is crucial for my work and I'd be eternally grateful to all kind people, who could help me and fill it up.

The survey is short and easy and I promise it won't take much of your time. It's targeted at people who currently use Ubuntu (or used it in the past – had it installed or tried the Live CD).

You simply have to rate some features (1 being the LOWEST and 10 being the HIGHEST grade) and than answer a couple of questions. So in a nutshell:

1 = Very bad/unusable
5 = Average
10 = Flawless/Excellent

I'm a marketing student, and my thesis revolves around public relations.

I answered the survey, but wasn't sure what to use as a point of reference for a lot of questions. For example, when it asks how easy Ubuntu is to use, or how good the hardware support is, I didn't know whether to put it in relation to other Linux distros, Microsoft's latest OS, or all operating systems I've used.

My main critique to Ubuntu deals with its lack of a Firewall (It is easy to install Firestarter but why don't they pack the distro with a Firewall?) My other critique is the way they set the root account and have the user have superuser powers... Other than that Ubuntu does everything I need...

I know that rating of this system is subjective and depends on individual experiences as well as needs. Everyone has an individual level of tolerance. I'm aware of that things and take them into consideration during my analysis.

I have completed it. The only thing that strikes me as odd is that is the question on using the livecd. Dapper is installed through the live cd! Anywho, just nitpicking, nice quick survey there. Same again my only beef with Ubuntu is the default firewall issue.
