KDE all the way. I used GNOME at school and it was terrible, that might just be because it was from Fedora Core 3.
It's beside me how to switch between GNOME and KDE so, until I figure that out I'm sticking with KDE.

Masinick, you worked on CDE? Respect. I still like that interface. It's funny there are many of the lightweight window managers that act like it, but KDE seems to be the more natural follow on for it.

Heh, same here. First and only time I used GNOME was on Fedora Core 3. Hated it.

It really depends on the user likings. If I had to choose between Gnome or KDE I would choose Gnome. But I most favorite is Fluxbox
