I have my own site prepared to upload on the internet.The problem is i didnt find site which would contain:
-possibility to make free domain
-uploading files to that domain
If im not right and if there is any other way please correct me

I personally use Netfirms, and they're fantastic. You get a free subdomain (jan1024188.netfirms.com), and can upload via FTP. The free service puts ads on your pages, and you don't have priority access to CGI resources, but it's pretty solid.

As for a free domain, thanks to the government of Tokelau, you can use this website to make a free redirecting domain (that will direct to the Netfirms account, for example).
