    VH is great!
2 of my favorite songs by VH are "Runnin with the devil" and "Jamie's crying".
    70's and 80's Rock-n-Roll is the best.

And AC/DC was and still is one of the best.
I love those songs, but what about Panama and Jump? You cant tell me you dont like those ones.

I didn't know there was such a thing as folk metal. Which bands do that? I know about folk rock. UK folk rock bands like Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span are pretty good, but they are for 'niche' listeners. It never really went mainstream like blues/rock bands ... Or even gothic music which has done much better in the last few years.

Theres a spanish band called Mago de Oz (Wizard of Oz) which is very good. Take a look at my avatar, the first photo there is the band leader.

It is mostly in spanish but have some songs in english.

I swear I thought that avatar was a joke. Besides Gerardo (remember "Rico Suave") I didn't think anyone dressed like that. The 80s were very different in Brazil, specially since I was pretty young at the time and don't remember much.

Yes, they dress like that. They are both gothic. take a look at their webpages, first magodeoz.com (in spanish) and second lacrimosa.de (in english or german)

I think Mago de Oz have a wikipedia article

That's pretty much the music I grew up with. No, I'm not that old. But that's all I listened to when I from birth till I heard The Offspring. Now I like just about everything that can be called rock or metal.

Not so much rap... and I can't stand that teeny hip hop crap.
