Yea my girlfriend and I have been keeping up with it. Michael went to the same college we go to so it's big news down here. Kinda like when Ace was on the Real World - he's now a superstar here.

It's a TV reality show about fashion designers.

I've personally been following ANTM more closely than PR, but some of my female friends have gotten me to follow PR.

I will say that Laura's design two weeks ago was the best one there: it worked perfectly with her model.

Yeah, a friend of mine got me hooked but if I am honest I shouldn't be allowed to leave my apartment because of my poor fashion sense [Jeans, T-shirts, Sneakers... That's all I wear...] Though, I think it is a cool show because it is more about the competition than the drama... Calling this reality show is inaccurate...

this and other reality shows are proof the world is nearing an end. there is no creativity left and society as a whole are getting more complacent and soon no one will care about thier world around them they will sit back and watch it disintigrate. sorry i have a deep distain for reality shows and anyone that thinks paris hilton is talented.

lol - I agree this culture as a whole is going nowhere good, but I am pretty sure Project Runway is the least of our problems. Now, say, Fox News... there's an example of a problem.

    "Foley (D-Fla.)" ... wow.

I think of Project Runway as a competition more than a reality show. A group of people is given an assignment in clothes design and they have to deliver. The worst design leaves the other stay...

Speaking of which I have a great idea for a show:

    "CODERS REALITY"

In this show a group of coders have to deliver the cleanest and best portable code possible for a series of challenges that could include:

    1. Assemble a computer from a pile of junk and make it operable.
    2. Interpret a printed source code in some obscure language, run it and fix it.
    3. Disassemble an application and make it better.

[...] You guys can think of some others...

I can foresee R. Stallman, Linus and other invited judge expressing their opinions about the delivered tasks and how they humiliate the poor sysadmins, script kiddies and geeks that dared participate in the show where you can have all stereotypes from geekdom [Nerdy laugh is required...]

We can't have enough reality shows like that...

Now please, don't throw tomatoes at me for being so shallow
