Republican or Democrat?
On November 7th the general elections take place and I want to know if you'll be supporting the democratic or republican party in your area. I live in Virginia (aka Hell) and think that the qualifications for the republicans must have really sucked this year considering the fact that they have George Allen and Thelma Drake running. I've met both and George Allen is the dumbest politician I've ever encountered and Thelma Drake is the meanest. By the way did you know that 6 executives from Cox Communications gave contribution's to Drakes campaign and that both have received contribution's from Microsoft? And I was wondering how Drake got that big house on the ocean front.

I'm going Democrat. I understand some things the Republican party has to say, but on the whole I'm liberal.

I understand a lot of things the republican party has to say it is just unfortunately most of it is there to cover up the real issues. Like gay marriage. When in the world has whether or not two gay people can get married really become such a big issue? This is commonly a repeated republican tactic to focus away from the main problems in America. Another way for me to express my opinion for the republicans would have to be this..........

I've been living and working in California for four years now. I'm now living here with my wife, who is also working. Thus we are being taxed just as heavily as everyone else here.
But we're UK citizens, so no vote.
Can anyone say, "No Taxation Without Representation!"
