I am the exact opposite when considering SuSE and FC. I for one cannot stand FC, don't really have a reason, but I simply don't like it. If I'm after a RH clone than I simply use CentOS. On the other hand, I've used SuSE for a couple of years now on production servers without fault. I am simply more familiar with SuSE but as I type this, I am growing to like Ubuntu even more than my ole' trusty SuSE.
In regards to the ice cream debate, vanilla bean has to be the best.

Yeah CentOS is nice, no headaches there. Red Hat was my first linux distro, so any Red Hat based OS feels like coming come. Of course it also didn't hurt having Red Hat Enterprise at work. Now that I think of it, that might be why I like FC and CentOS, I'm like a dog with his chewed up bone.
