I'm still awaiting confirmation from another news site. Things like this sometimes have a tendency to be retracted, saying "We are sorry but the representative from Microsoft was misquoted. What we meant to say was....<insert some non-news statement here>"

i will say this is strictly in the business environments. i doubt you will see that kind of cooperation in the desktop market.
