um, suse is a operating system. It is made up of programs. You can read the source codes of the programs, no OS.

Maybe you mean the kernel source? Most commercial Linux vendors add their own 'bells and whistles' to distros.

yes i mean the kernel source not os
also if i could get the os source i would be happy a i want to learn how commands are executed using kernel and also how to integrate KDE/GNOME
now all my need can be termed as 'To learn Basic operation methods of linux'

If you are using Suse, the kernel source is available through Yast. I am not sure the actual package name but search for kernel and it should come up.
As mentioned earlier, there is no "suse source" per se. If you want a specific packages source, search for it in Google and you will likely find it.also if i could get the os source i would be happy

Do you mean any OS and not just Linux? There are plenty of open source operating systems but many package parts of their OS so as to make installation and maintenance much easier.
There are the main BSD's (NetBSD, OpenBSD and FreeBSD just to name a few), ReactOS (trying to build a Windows compatible OS), OpenSolaris....

not any but is there any os(opensource) with linux kernel
