Yap saw that one. Thanks. I also came across DreamLinux. I particularly like the fact that it's debian based and I like the screenshot...

If you want to use XFCE with Knoppix LiveCD, you can use the following cheatcode:
knoppix desktop=xfce
at boot prompt.
Or you can modify Knoppix LiveCD and replace the default windows manager.

VectorLinux 5.8 has XFCE4.4 as its default graphical environment.

Why judge a distro by the way it looks?
Seriously, all it takes is a theme to make a nice distro look bad, and a terrible one look good.

Debian Etch (minimal install), add xfce and whatever you like.
