Why include the UK as a seperate option? It is in Europe after all....

Why are India and the Middle East linked together, despite the fact that they are separated by a couple of thousand miles of Central Asia? Which box are Mexicans supposed to tick -- they're North American as well, but the N.America option seems to exclude them.
