I disagree. Keep it - I like it.

It's your software - give it your personal license. If people want to view themselves as better than something else, contrary to what your license states, then they can use different software!

I don't see a natural need for God, only emotional want (which I respect), and I understand humans are merely part of the system, just as are squirrels and hawks and fruit flies and pine trees. Everything else is arbitrary. So can I use it?...

Surely ImNeat.I'm delighted to see your thoughts.I agree with you.
More over,i don't think it's that hard for anyone to use my software for free,
i believe many will fall into atleast one of seven things.
And Payment rules is just four and one has to pay if and only if "he completely satisfies with the software" else he can just say "it's worthless" and move on.

Just a suggestion, try to implement copyleft on your license unless you want commercial and privative software using your code

Let's all remember that this is a discussion about a software license, not theology. Lakshmipathi, you are of course free as the author of the software to use whatever kind of license you choose. The point I and others are trying to make is that injecting your personal viewpoints on controversial topics into the license for a piece of software and demanding that those who accept it adhere to (or at the very least agree with) those personal viewpoints will severely limit the appeal of your program.

If however your intent is to segregate your users into the subset of people who agree with your terms, then I guess you've got nothing to worry about.

Words are superfluous sometimes... Your license is a very confusing document that simply diverts the attention of a potential user to topics that quite frankly do not concern you as a developer [religion, for example...] What is your objective? Can any other existing license be used for your purposes of protecting your work of art?

The references to Calvin and Hobbes can only elicit a smile on the reader and may make him/her question your abilities as a developer...

    Cute nonetheless but impractical...
