Just thought you would all like to know that I'm taking the first step towards life in a suit by heading off to study engineering at the good ol' University of Cambridge come October - A Level results permitting!

Being from across the pond, I don't know what A levels are, but congrats and good luck!

Final exams when you leave school. I guess like what you sit to graduate from high school?? (Working on information picked up from high school comedy films here
)
Cheers anyway!

Another popular set of exams in the USA are the SAT and ACT, however these scores have no bearing on your high school career. They can be (and quite often are) used as admissions criteria to universities however.
I know that's probably more information than you needed to know, but oh well.
