I wasn't sure what Ramen was ... I've had noodles before (like most people) but is this healthy?

Top Ramen is an MSG-filled, somewhat bland tasting pasta/soup but it's maybe the best six cents worth of food money can buy. Apparently now they have $1 top ramen which is just an outrage in my mind. It might not be as big in the UK as it is here in the States. I don't think I could have gotten through college without it, though.
