    SuSE/YaST and XGL

I normally use SMART for packages, but YaST is great. Especially since I SSH to most of my servers through Windows.

Ubuntu as Moe said is awesome since they ship it to you for free! Apt-get is pretty sweet to, but that thanks goes to Debian.
    I praise Webmin and PuTTy!

Slackware, for its hackability, but I'm getting a bit tired of how unresponsive Firefox can be on my 1 Ghz Pentium 3 with a 2.4 kernel, so I'm thinking about switching to something more up-to-date.

You can always install the 2.6 kernel if you want (it is on the 2nd cd)
