I just signed onto this forum about a month ago and I just wanted to thank everyone that's helped me out. I've been messing around with linux for almost a year now but was reluctant to going to a forum for help thinking that linux user's were propobly going to be jerks and just make fun of anybody who's a newbie..but it's deffinately not been the case. Everyon has been extremely helpful to me (especially that casper fellow)

i felt the same way. These forums are surprisingly friendly. i've been a member for a few years now. But i've been using Linux since 2001. i wish i found the forums earlier.
