Linux Live Script... (anyone used it?)

i've been using StumbleUpon lately and stumbled upon www.Linux-Live.org.

It sounds interesting although i'm not exactly sure what it is or how it works. It sounds to me like it will make a live CD clone of whatever distro you're running. Whatever programs and apps you have installed it would include and also exclude any you've removed.

    is this correct?

It's not something like making a backup CD. You can make your own live CD distro using it. Linux live is used in slax, the creator for both is tomas matejicek. It's not an easy process, and requires alot of thing todo. On early days slax released there many people trying to build a live distro using the script.
