    So I was watching Heroes...

Just started watching Heroes, and right there in the Pilot I saw a familiar face. Or rather a familiar old friend....

Isn't that Kopete running on a KDE desktop? Looks like an older one but still, there it is.

Pretty cool. Last time I saw KDE like that was in an episode of 24 about 5 years back.

    I think you're right.
It's definitely KDE, and the far right icon in the toolbar does look like a Kopete logo.

I've heard about this somewhere. The guy that plays Hero is a programmer and worked for ILM before working on Heroes.

Yeah, I noticed this too. Wish it was Gnome instead.

    Still cool though.

I remember seeing these shots a while back. Personally, I was more interested in the half-naked woman in the background than what desktop they showed... but maybe that's just me.

You won't see me objecting if you decide to edit your post to "enhance" it...
