I have noticed a lot of online jobsites, those I have tried, let you see how many people have reviewed your CV, no names as to who, but a statistic all the same!

In the past few years I have monitored and changed my CV to see how much it influences, how companies review my CV, I have been able to get 10% increase in reviews over the last few months!!

I am a population of 1, if people are interested we can make a social experiment and see what influences our future employers..........anyone up for a good hack?
