Yeah, that Windows has come on in leaps and bounds these last few years. It's almost as good as Linux visually now. I dont think it has as much flexibility to configure the desktop environment to be the way you want it, but it's getting there. The other thing to watch out for, though, are the security problems. Even fully bolted-down there are issues with it, I believe.
