Windows looking like Linux

So people try desperately for their Linux desktop to resemble Windows. I came across some other forum post on which a guy shared some resources to make Windows XP look like Ubuntu Linux. Needless to say I went for it and its awesome. If forum rules would have permitted it then I would have provided the link for it but for now just Google the stuff in case you are interested too....

Actually I see more people trying to make the Linux machine look like OSX

ya....thats kinda true.....but then the post would not have made much sense
as i do not have OSX....
