Either Reiser was set up or he is incredibly dumb. Blood spatter, his car wiped clean, seat missing, books on murder in the back seat. Come on now, that just sounds like such a blatant framing... if it's not he's a dumbass.

Well the prosecution rushed in full-force into this, and now it looks like they might lose everything even if Reiser is guilty....

I'm a fan of the ReiserFS. This case just took a weird turn. I wish they would show more about it on the news rather then Paris Hilton's prison sentence.
On Paris' note: Who cares - it's not like Little Miss Priss will learn anything from it. It's just something that will make her more eaten up by the public.
On Reiser's note: I think it was something Hans was involved in, I just don't know why someone so intelligent would do such a thing.I praise Webmin and PuTTy!
