I am only the author of the .BIN/.SH install section. The other authors are listed at the bottom of the tutorial:

The reason my name ends up on most of the parts of the thread is that I split up what used to be one large post into several sections and re-posted it after we changed forum software. You'll need to ask the other authors for permission as well.

For what it's worth, you may use the section I wrote.
