    Google OS vs Linux

I think google is building a huge computer with a custom operating system that everyone on earth can have an account on and I heard its also free. My question is Does Google operating system affect the two pillars Linux and Windows?

What Google operating system are you talking about? I've not heard anything about this. Can you post a link to a news story, blog, something?

Actually, from the first line of the article you linked that's not true:

There's no such thing as the GoogleOS in reality...
True, the OS that Google uses internally is Linux, but that's a far cry from a commercially-available public offering.

Google has repeatly said they are not going to release an OS. It doesn't make sense for them really. They are an ad company. Unless they are going to have ads in the OS (ugh!).

I can't really see google making their own OS. They do have the "Google Pack" for windows. Google may end up making a google pack for linux, but that's probably as far as they'll go.

Nowhere in there does it give any kind of official Google announcement of any kind of operating system. In fact that's a post on a forum by someone very new to that forum; it carries no weight as hard fact. It's all hypothesis and conjecture. Maybe if Google, or one of their commercial partners comment on the imminent arrival of some kind of OS, we could all pay attention.
