You could run any flavour of Linux (or any other OS) in a virtual machine. Try VMPlayer/Vmware or the excellent and free Qemu

You can download sample disk images for most free operating systems on the respective websites.

Have a look at Topologilinux. It's a distribution that can run directly in Windows.

DSL also has a version that will do the same
Ubuntu Jaunty :: Arch Linux (current) :: Acer Aspire 1692WMLi

Download a Live CD of a Linux distro, like Knoppix or whatever flavor you'd like to experiment with.
    I praise Webmin and PuTTy!

Is there something similar to Parallels (runs two operating systems together so that it looks just like one OS) that will emulate Linux on Windows? Thanks!
