I am One Year old today !
Hi Friends !!!
I am one year old in Linux world and LinuxForums today.
I tried to install Linux ( RH9 ) first time on the same day last year. It was a real disaster. Installation was unsuccessful and installer ( or was it me? ) wiped Windows too. I also got myself registered here on the same day.
Whatever i know about Linux today is coz of LinuxForums only.
I am not a regular poster in Coffee Lounge because most of discussions ( English movies n music, patents n deals ) are alien to me. I am an Indian and i can discuss in length about Gazals, Quwallis, Sufis, Kishore Kumar, K.L Sehgal and Bullay Shah.
I must say, I have learned a lot from Coffee Lounge too. I am a regular reader here.
Anyways, I am posting here to thank you all. I got a lot of nice friends here and learned about LINUX.
thanx again Friends !!
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Well done DC! You're certainly a very articulate 1 year old, and a real asset to this online community. I don't think I'll ever match your (frankly huge) number of posts.

According to our member list, casper has passed Dolda2000 by roughly 1,200 posts. I didn't think that was possible. What's more amazing is that these are posts helping people, not random stuff in the Coffee Lounge (since we disabled that feature a while back). Good work.
