Tea mostly. I drink gallons of the stuff at work, and at home I mostly drink green tea (which is actively good for your health).

I've been a steady beer drinker for a long time, but I'm not complaining. I try to avoid lager, preferring more traditional ales where I can find them.

Btw, if you drink green tea you actually start to feel better: it really is that good.

It depends. When I am working nights or a very early shift, then coffee it is. At any other time, I prefer tea (especially herbal).

Cupán tae dom. I love tea and always have. A few cups a day. I love coffee too but not in the same way. I don't see the appeal of drinking it all day the way I would with tea (at least for me). It gets you edgy and I find I enjoy it more if I only have it now and again.

I drink a lot of Coca-Cola. In Ireland growing up the parents and older generations would just drink lemonade. Red lemonade especially, which I drank so much as a kid I now can't stand. My Dad can't actually stand Coca-Cola at all.

But yeah, a few cups of Lyons Gold Blend every day keeps me going

I can't stand the taste of coffee, it makes me bounce off the walls.
Coke-a-Cola is my poison of choice, and lots of americanized tea!

For me, nothing beats a piping hot mug of South African Rooibos tea (no milk or sugar added).
