Smile Commercial Distro With Copyrighted Graphics and Sound

    Hello
I want to ask about combining GPL and Copyrighted Graphics/Audio on a commercial Linux Distro.

AFAIK the vendor should provide the source code and the modified code on the distro CD/DVD.

What about Copyrighted Graphics and Audio files?

Can the vendor replace the Graphics files with Tux symbols and audio files with non copyrighted music on the source code DVD?

    Thank you.

Not neccesarly, they need to offer the source code anywhere accessible, such as their webpage
