Oh dear lord. I was just thinking about those yesterday. For the uninitiated, an armadillo is essentially a large, armored rat. It's a relative of the anteater. You can generally find them dead on the side of most Texas roads.
They also must reproduce like rabbits, because no population of animal should be able to survive their (apparently) unusually high death rate. Apparently this is caused by the nasty habit they have of jumping to just about fender-height when startled. I'll let you figure out the rest.Last edited by techieMoe; 09-17-2007 at 06:54 PM. Talk about a thread hijack.

Sorry to the OP, but since the armadillo has been mentioned, we must have the obligatory photo:

its generally been apple's trend whenever they introduce a product its sa;es r high in initial few weeks then they dip like hell and once apple comes out with a revised price and all the bugs fixed it sells like a gem.
as far as the iphone goes i do belong in "interesting but not interested category"coz never liked fancy cell phones i still use a black & white screen phone of nokia.the iphone is too costly,low disk space arnd 20gb which is not much for 80gb ipod owners,net connectivity problems where blackberry is much better than iphone.
iphone with all the bugs fixed and at lower price mite b tempting

Not interested and not very impressed either:
* only available with certain contract options
* no MMS
* no WAP
* no decent camera
* no decent editing of word/excel files
* no flash in the browser
* no decent control over installed applications
* !!! cannot change the battery myself when it fails, and it is certain to fail
* !!!! no UMTS
* !!!!!! no tactile feedback when entering text or numbers, need to stare at the screen to do that.
Why there is such a hype over it I really do not understand.
