Try this: Are home lizards poisonous?
I searched like this:
poisonous "wall lizard" IndiaI am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it. - Pablo Picasso

When I was a child, a family friend used to catch lizards scurrying around outside and hang them from his earlobes like earrings. He'd basically just get them to bite down on them. Their teeth were so small it was just a mild discomfort.
In southeast Texas we pretty much just have the little 4-6in (10-15cm) green lizards that eat the mosquitoes. They serve a very useful purpose in that regard. Frogs too.Registered Linux user #270181

Man that is so weird....I have never quite understood such people...Although this convinces me better that most lizards are not poisonous....

Unless it's coloured all funky I'd assume it wasn't poisonus, but use gloves incase.

Animals don't know what poison is. They just avoid the funky colours out of instinct.
