I'm a new member, and am attempting to ask a question that requires entry of Terminal commands and results. These contain the "at" sign, so apparently trigger detection as an email address. This is prohibited for new members, and creates a big problem in trying to accurately relay my question.
I will try to find a way around this, but it's really something that needs systemic attention!
If anyone has a suggestion on how to deal with this, please reply!
Try putting at instead of @, or a space on either side of @.
I already got it done. I had to do all the cut and paste into a text processor, then do a find and replace, etc...
It's just kind of silly and a pain in the (*), even though I know why it's done.

It would probably seem less silly if the site was littered with links for larger man parts and Rolex watches to put on them...Quote:
