An online class I am taking is trying to tell me It is false.

Is this true?

I just can not believe something like Windows or Mac OS' can possibly be better for Markup Languages like the HTML family.

Maybe It is not, I do not know.

Honestly I don't think there is a difference but it could be that whatever their answer was, is whatever they are partial to.

Not this class.. It's not private It's run by the state.
And It's a new class. And I've found mistakes before.
I mean It's not like I'm asking for an answer to a test I already did It I just want to know how true the statement is..

Well, I'm not a programmer/coder so I can't really give you a good reliable answer. I've always assumed that there would not be much difference on different OS platforms but that the real difference would be in the way different browsers interpret and render that data.
