I've been watching LEXX on Hulu Desktop lately ( Linux comaptible Netflix like player). I have all the movies on VHS. But have not transferred my hundreds of VHS stuff to DVD yet. I play it full blast on shop stereo speakers because I like the sound track also.
Another good one of my favorites is the Farscape series. A lot of actors in there went on to work in Stargate series.
Two Al Pacino movies. Which I had already seen before but seeing them again reminds me what a great actor he is.

Yeah hugo. Story was just ok, but the way it was done was awsome. Just a very, very well done film. Exactly what youd expect from scorsese.
Finally got around to seeing Super 8 and it's definitely worth watching, whether you purchase or rent it:
