Simutrans and Simutrans 128x128 to be merged

I suggest the two Simutrans in the downloads section to be merged. Because they are both downloaded from the same webpage and have the same base package.

Merge please!

Simutrans no longer needs to be separate. They are now developed in parallel unlike before.

The entry for Simutrans 128x128 has been deleted.

I see that you were the original submitter, so please feel free to merge it in with the Simutrans entry, or to retitle the Simutrans entry as you see fit.
