Bot-posts

Hi
Lately there were some posts, of which i suspect that they came from a Bot or something. (Like in the
http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/lin...nd-folder.html Thread.)
So my question: Is it perhaps possible to implement one of these 'traps' (i don't know the name). Where you have to type some characters from an image as sort of a password. Because in the moment the registration form is without some sort of a stop-the-bot (Well, actually i can't remeber from my account-creation, but the register-page seems to nothing of that sort).
Perhaps my question isn't that 'knowledged', but those bots are annoying.

Ogion

Most of those posts are coming from Russia.

We delete them as soon as we find them and ban the username immediately. That's already been done with this post and user. Only Core Wizard has the permissions needed to make any changes to the board like you suggest above, so maybe he'll see your thread and reply.

Thanks for the feedback, Ogion.
