suggestion for new sub forum

I suggest a forum section dedicated to 'web servers' to separate the 'business server' and us web server users.

there is a big diff between network servers/services and buttoning down a webserver and its apps.

All such changes must be approved and implemented by Core Wizard, but I'm sure he will consider it.
