Over a Thousand Pages of 0

Why doesn't the forums remove users who take up names but never post. There are over a 1000 pages of users with 0 posts....

jmadero... just wanted to update you and let you know that this matter has been discussed in the admin forum and it was decided that we would hold off on removing any registered usernames, at least for the time being.

Just for the sake of asking, how do you go about becoming a moderator?

You can only become a Moderator after having been appointed to the position of Trusted Penguin. All new Moderators come from the Trusted Penguin pool after being voted in as such by the current Mods and TPs.
