[SOLVED] can't post links to other sites :confused:

Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 24	[SOLVED] can't post links to other sites :confused: Hi there, i tried writing a post in the scripts and programming forums but i got an error saying that i have posted 15 topics and now can only post url links...umm...what is that normal or am i missing something here? thanks
