[SOLVED] not allowed to post

I attempted to make a post and received an error saying I had to make >= 15 posts to display web links. The post I was attempting had NO hyperlinks, and I took out the terminal prompt header, and removed html tags. No link references, and I still got the error and couldn't post my issue. Is this common here?

You might need to remove any http, www, or @ characters as well. You can check these threads for more info:

it was the 'at' when I pasted the terminal output..
