Linux Tutorials & HOWTO's

Hiya,

In addition to the tutorials in the tutorials forum section, we now have a collection of tutorials from tldp.org here: www.linuxforums.org/tutorials/

Currently there are 6 tutorials there, but will be adding more shortly.

If there are any tldp tutorials you would like to see added, post a link to the tldp tutorial in this thread!

Thanks,

Jason

I know that these aren't TLDP articles, but I have found the following very helpful for learning how to dual-boot (particularly the first one from devhood):

Using NTLDR:
http://www.devhood.com/tutorials/tut...utorial_id=313
http://www.geocities.com/epark/linux...w2k-HOWTO.html
http://www.linuxgazette.com/issue36/larriera.html
http://jaeger.morpheus.net/linux/ntldr.html

Using GRUB or LILO:
http://www.zdnet.com.au/insight/0,39...0265546,00.htm
http://www.devhood.com/tutorials/tut...utorial_id=405
http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3573

As a newbie just starting out with Linux on my home computer, solving the problem "How do I properly do a dual boot with XP" was of primary importance...it would be great to see something here to answer, once and for all, people's questions about this topic. Just my $0.02.

Thanks for the hard work!
