what on earth is group membership?

for now i saw so many profiles of different people....but i newer saw other than

I don't think we use that function here, It's just a part of vBulletin. I'm not a member of any...

well i there is no function like that here.....why do we have "group memberships" in our profiles?

Maybe someone else can answer better than me, but I think it is a feature of the forum software that we just don't implement here.

So far as I know, Core Wizard has no plans to setup any custom groups.

Here's the vBulletin link from the manual explaining usergroups. You can dig down to get additional information about custom usergroups:
