video card problems - pcie_portdrv_probe invalid irq?

I upgraded my video card, and now I'm having some problems with playing games via Cedega. I have a post running there as well, but I have an lspci question I think this forum is better equipped to handle.

I swapped an FX5500 PCI for an 8600GTS PCI-E, and now I'm getting various entries that appear to be errors in my dmesg and lspci. Would they possibly be related to my problems with the video card? The system seems to work normally apart from gaming with the new card installed. I just don't have enough experience to interpret the below items.

If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated. I spent quite a bit of time in research and couldn't find anything that directly addressed these messages.

Code:
lspci:

Send a message via AIM to cheesecake42
did you reconfigure the drivers when you switched out the video card?

Yes, killed X and DKM, renamed my xorg.conf file and re-ran the nVidia installation script before restarting X.
