Slow wifi...

I am running Lenny and XFCE as my desktop, but whether I am using XFCE or Gnome my WIFI is super slow. Pages take for ever to load.

But this only happens sometimes. Its like 50/50...

I am using a Dlink DWL-G630 (my encryption is WPA) which Debian picked up on its own I didnt need to do anything. Any ideas what this may be?

Thanks

My speed from the Vendor is supposed to be the 10 Meg service...(Cable Modem) The actual speed I dont know but I have three other PC's connected to the router and all those get a sustainable speed at all times, the connection never lags...

With my wifi what I mean by 50/50 is I boot up the PC and google will load quickly I issue a search and then it starts lagging as I surf some pages will load quickly others will take 3 to 5 minutes... And those same pages that take a while will somethimes load quickly the next time and then slow down again.

I decided to let everyone know what was going on. I am running on a slow computer so I did a ram upgrade also made some changes on my router from TKIP to AES and also from Mixed B/G to just G and my internet seems to be running allot smoother. Thanks for reading my post in hopes of helping out though.
